It all started with a hashtag.


In 2016, #girlgaze launched on Instagram as a way for photographers to submit images, sharing a perspective previously marginalized and underrepresented in mainstream media: how girls see the world.

Since then, we have grown into a global community of over 200K female-identifying and non-binary creatives. We offer unique opportunities of all kinds to our community, including exclusive access to paid jobs via our tech platform, the Girglaze Network

Our mission is to close the gender gap one job at a time.

Our Creative Agency

Girlgaze Agency, G.G.A, works with brands to produce original video and photography campaigns. We do the work for you – from curating the creators from within the Global Girlgaze network, to producing, delivering and distributing the final product.
